Thank you for shopping with Weekends by Willow! Please note the following important information about our purchase policy:

Final Sale: All sale items, along with jewelry, skincare, makeup, shoes, bags, hats, scarves, wraps/ponchos, gift items, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Responsibility for Packages: Once your package leaves Weekends by Willow and is picked up by USPS, UPS, or another mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing packages, including those marked as delivered.

Weekends by Willow’s Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to make a return, please follow these guidelines:

Condition: Items must be unworn, with tags still attached, and in their original condition.

Return Shipping: We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee: All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee.

Refund Processing: You can return merchandise to Willow + Mercer in 30Avenue. Please note that refunds will only be processed once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse, and refunds cannot be issued from our store locations.

Online Only: This return policy applies only to purchases made online and does not cover in-store purchases at our Rosemary, Alys, or Inlet Beach locations.

How to Return Shipped Items:

Get a Return Authorization Number: Email us at customerservice@willow30a.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization number.

Label Your Return: Include the return authorization number on your UPS or FedEx shipping label. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip. Unfortunately, USPS shipments cannot be accepted, and boxes without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender.

Ship Your Return: Send your items to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

How to Return Local Pickup Items:

Request a Return Authorization Number: Email us at customerservice@willow30a.com within 7 days of receiving the notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Return Your Items: Bring your items with the return authorization number to Willow + Mercer, 12805 US HWY 98 E, Unit S101, Inlet Beach, FL 32461. Refunds will be processed once the merchandise is received at our warehouse; we cannot issue refunds from our store locations.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customerservice@willow30a.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and "DAMAGE" in the subject line.

Shipping

Hi there! Here’s what you need to know about shipping with us:

Processing Time:
We’ll get your order ready in 1-2 business days. Just a heads up, this doesn’t include the time it takes for shipping.

Orders on Fridays:
If you place an order on Friday, we’ll start processing it on Monday. Our warehouse takes a little break on weekends!

PO Box & APO U.S. Addresses:
If you have a PO Box or APO address in the U.S., your order will be shipped via USPS. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to international PO boxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package leaves our hands and is with USPS, UPS, or another carrier, it’s their responsibility. We can’t track or replace packages that are lost or stolen once they’re marked as “delivered.”

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please let us know right away! Contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@willow30a.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Double-Check Your Info:
Before you finalize your order, make sure all your details are correct. If you’re picking up your order in person, select “LOCAL PICKUP” at checkout.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes:
We don’t control international tariffs or duties, so there might be extra fees charged when your order arrives. If you use a promo code, taxes and duties will be based on the original price. Customs will see the original price on the shipping label.
